🌓 When the Darkness Feels Close

Sometimes the darkness doesn’t leave all at once—it unhooks from the body, layer by layer.

Have you felt it lately?

The heaviness. The emotional tides. The moments where you feel wired and exhausted at the same time.
The world feels like it's unraveling—and in many ways, it is. But beneath the surface chaos, something deeper is unfolding.

It’s not just what’s happening out there. It’s what’s being stirred within us.

A few days ago, I read a post by Zachary Fischer that put words to a feeling I couldn’t quite name. He wrote:

“This isn’t just politics or society unraveling… something bigger is being flushed out.
The purge of dark energies... the real, ancient, parasitic, manipulative distortions... is happening now. But not through arrests or headlines. It’s happening through us.”

And I felt that.

Because for many of us—myself included—the last few months have brought up old patterns, resurfaced wounds we thought were healed, and challenged our sense of clarity or direction.
It’s not because we’re doing something wrong. It’s because we’re shedding what no longer aligns.

A Sacred Reset

As Zachary shares, this isn’t punishment. It’s a sacred cleansing.
Your nervous system is updating. Your energy field is flushing timelines.
Your emotions are releasing stored density—some of it yours, some ancestral, some collective.

We’re not just “going through it.” We’re part of the healing wave.
A wave that clears space not just in the world—but in you.

And that’s what makes this work personal before it’s ever global.

What to Do When It Feels Like Too Much

If you’ve been feeling the intensity lately, you’re not broken or behind. You’re responding to a field-level shift.
Here’s what can help:

🌀 Ground into your body and breath
đź’§ Hydrate and honor your physical needs
🗣️ Speak your truth, even if your voice shakes
❌ Say no to what no longer fits
🕊️ Let go—even when it feels uncomfortable
🌿 Remember who you are and why you came

Because you didn’t come here to shrink in the dark.
You came here to outshine it.

Hold the Line

This is an invitation to trust the process even when it’s messy. To hold steady when the waves come.
To stop feeding fear, division, and the outdated version of yourself that once stayed silent or small.

The darkness is leaving—in waves.
But the real shift happens when you choose to stop making space for it in your field.

And many of us already have.

✨

With you in this season,
Lindsey
