Prepare for Your Wired to Lead Experience

We're all wired a little differently, and understanding those differences can change the way we communicate, make decisions, and lead others.

As part of our upcoming session, we'll explore Human Design as a tool for self-awareness and personal reflection.

Why am I asking for your birth information?

Human Design uses your date, time, and location of birth to generate an individualized chart. I'll use this information to prepare a personalized chart for you, which you'll receive when you arrive at our workshop.

We'll use these charts to explore individual tendencies, strengths, decision-making preferences, and how self-awareness can influence the way we lead and work with others.

A few things to know:

• Your chart will be prepared before the session and provided to you when you arrive.

• Your birth information will be used only to prepare your chart and will not be shared with anyone.

• Participation is voluntary. You can attend and participate without submitting your birth information.

• If you don't know your exact birth time, that's okay. Some chart details may be uncertain.

Please complete the information below before by January 10th so I have time to prepare your materials.

Looking forward to exploring this with you!
