I Almost Stopped Showing Up… And Then Aries Said “Go”
Hi friends,
It’s been a minute.
And if I’m being honest… it almost became a much longer minute.
A few weeks back, I got in my head about emails. I had two unsubscribe notifications pop up within a few days — and one of them said, “too many emails.”
And wow… that one landed.
It wasn’t just about the email. It hit something deeper. That quiet, familiar thought of “am I too much?” crept in. The part of me that already struggles with being seen suddenly had proof (or at least what felt like proof) that maybe I should pull back.
Maybe I was overdoing it.
Maybe I was taking up too much space.
Maybe I should just… be quieter.
But here’s the truth I had to come back to — and maybe you need this reminder too:
It was ONE person.
One person out of an entire community.
And somehow, I let that one moment outweigh all the people who are here. The ones reading this. The ones resonating. The ones who haven’t unsubscribed — because something about this space feels aligned for them.
That realization sat with me for weeks. Six, if we’re being honest.
And what I kept coming back to was this:
I am not here to be palatable. I’m here to be seen.
And those two things don’t always coexist.
Not everyone is going to vibe with me. Not everyone is meant to. And the more I try to shape myself into something that everyone can digest, the further I drift from the people who are actually meant to find me.
So this past month and a half has been a quiet return.
A recalibration.
A remembering.
And now… I’m back.
What’s Been Unfolding
Even though I got quiet here, there’s been a lot moving behind the scenes.
I wrapped up Root + Rise — my first group container — and my heart is still catching up with how powerful that experience was. There’s something really special about holding space for women who are choosing themselves in real time.
And I’m already feeling into what wants to come next there.
At the same time, I’ve been co-teaching a 4-week Human Design course with my friend Melissa, and I can’t even explain how much I love this work. The teaching, the conversations, the moments where something clicks for someone — it lights me up in a way that feels very “this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.”
I also just started a certification course in astrology, which feels like a natural next layer. The deeper I go, the more I see how interconnected everything is — Human Design, astrology, cycles, timing, energy. It’s like learning a language I’ve always felt but am just now starting to articulate.
And from all of that… something new was created.
Root + Re-align: A Return to Yourself
In May, I’m hosting an in-person half-day experience called Root + Re-align.
And this one feels different.
It’s not about learning more.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about adding more to your already full plate.
It’s about pausing long enough to actually hear yourself again.
This space is for the woman who has been:
pushing through
staying on top of everything
doing what she “should” be doing
…but underneath it all, there’s this quiet question:
Is this even what I want anymore?
Through breath, movement, and intentional space, this is a return — back to your body, your truth, your direction.
Because clarity doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from creating space to listen.
The Aries New Moon: A Turning Point
And honestly… the timing of all of this couldn’t be more aligned.
Because this New Moon in Aries on April 17th isn’t subtle.
This is not soft, reflective, “journal and wait” energy.
This is initiation energy.
We’re working with a rare 7-planet stellium in Aries — the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron all clustered in the same sign.
That’s a lot of fire.
A lot of activation.
A lot of forward movement.
Aries is the beginning of the zodiac. It’s the spark. The first step. The moment where something shifts from idea into action.
And when this much energy gathers here, it creates a kind of pressure — not to overwhelm you, but to move you.
To nudge you out of hesitation.
Out of overthinking.
Out of waiting for the “perfect time.”
Because Aries doesn’t wait.
Healing Doesn’t Always Look Like Sitting Still
What makes this lunation even more powerful is the presence of Chiron.
Chiron represents our wounds — but also our capacity to heal.
And in Aries, that healing isn’t happening through endless reflection or trying to “figure it all out.”
It happens through action.
Through choosing yourself even when it feels uncomfortable.
Through speaking up even when your voice shakes.
Through starting before you feel fully ready.
This is healing through doing.
Which, let’s be honest… can feel a little confronting.
Because it asks you to trust yourself in real time — not after you’ve processed everything, not once you feel confident, but right now, as you are.
If You’re Feeling It… You’re Not Imagining It
If things have felt intense lately — emotionally, mentally, energetically — you’re not making it up.
This kind of energy can feel like:
restlessness
urgency
frustration
clarity hitting out of nowhere
the sudden realization that something needs to change
Especially if you have placements in Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn, you might be feeling this more directly.
But this isn’t here to throw you off.
It’s here to wake something up.
How to Work With This Energy
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight.
But you are being invited to move.
Start something.
Say the thing.
Make the decision.
Take the step.
Let it be imperfect.
Let it be messy.
Let it be yours.
And at the same time — don’t forget to ground.
This is high-fire energy, which means it can burn just as easily as it can ignite. So move your body, get outside, breathe, slow yourself down when needed.
Action doesn’t mean urgency.
It means intention.
This Is the Beginning of Something
This New Moon is the start of a 6-month cycle.
What you initiate now — the decisions you make, the boundaries you set, the paths you choose — will continue to unfold over the next six months.
So no pressure… but also… a little bit of pressure (in the best way).
Not to get it perfect.
But to get it started.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it.
Not a gentle whisper.
More like a steady, grounded voice saying:
“You’re ready. Move.”
And if you needed someone to go first?
Hi. It’s me.
I’m going.
And I’m really glad you’re here.
